After the initial visit, Dr. Diehl is available for PHONE CONSULTATION for many of the follow-up appointments. 

We are also pleased to accommodate our patients who need a simplified and economical approach to address possible hormonal imbalances in the reproductive hormone pathways. 

Therefore, we offer the ELITE PACKAGE which includes a 1/2 hour office visit, physical examination without pap smear, AND a salivary test kit to measure estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone.  The entire package costs $350.00.
